Welcome, follow me on my journey through as many craft brewed beers as possible. I have no qualifications other than my love of great beer, and my new found obsession with finding the best beers available. Tonight I stopped by my local beer shack and found quite an impressive selection of craft beers - this will likely become a popular place for me to purchase the new beers. I picked up two four packs from DogFish Head a fine craft brewery in Delaware - First up is the Aprihop. Aprihop is a smooth IPA (India Pale Ale) - brewed with real apricots. The first thing you will notice about this beer is the gorgeous dark amber color, followed closely by the crisp fresh taste. This is the type of beer I would reach for as soon as I've finished working in the yard on a warm spring afternoon. It has a great finish with just a hint of the fruit, not overly sweet, just enough to give it a fantasic finish. On my beer scale this gets a 4 out of 5 "pints". I highly recommned this wonderful beer. Well Done
